What SimpleStep Collects

SimpleStep stores your account identity, treatment education selections, cycle timing, lesson progress, check-in responses, symptom reports, temperature logs, reminders, and related app activity needed to provide timed chemotherapy education.

How Data Is Used

Your information is used to personalize education, support offline use, sync activity with the clinical dashboard when you are signed in, and alert your care team when the app detects education steps that may need support review.

Storage and Security

Local app data is encrypted on this device. Authentication tokens and the database encryption key are stored in platform secure storage. Data sent to SimpleStep services is sent over HTTPS.

Sharing

SimpleStep does not sell health data or use it for advertising. Data may be shared with your care team, service providers operating SimpleStep, and others when required by law or with your direction.

Your Choices

You can sign out, delete local app data, and request account deletion from the Profile tab. You can also contact support@simplestephealth.com for privacy, access, correction, deletion, or consent questions.
