Access Your Data

You can request a copy of the SimpleStep data associated with your account by emailing support@simplestephealth.com from the email on file for your account.

Correct Your Data

If information in your SimpleStep account is inaccurate, you can update it from the Profile tab in the app, or email support@simplestephealth.com.

Delete Your Data

You can delete local app data and request server-side account deletion at any time from Profile → Delete Account in the SimpleStep mobile app. See our Account Deletion page for details on what is deleted, what may be retained for legal reasons, and the timeline for completion.

Sign Out

You can sign out of SimpleStep at any time from the Profile tab. Signing out clears your active session but does not delete your account or local app data.

Opt Out of Sharing

SimpleStep does not sell health data and does not use it for advertising. Data is only shared with your care team, service providers operating SimpleStep on our behalf (under contract), and when required by law or with your direction.

Tracking

SimpleStep does not engage in cross-app or cross-site tracking, does not use third-party advertising trackers, and does not work with data brokers.
